1. Who we are

The Founder's MBA is based in Karachi, Pakistan ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@getfoundersmba.com. By buying or using The Founder's MBA, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

The Founder's MBA is a digital product. It includes PDF playbooks and guides, spreadsheet and document templates, a Notion template, an AI prompt library and browser-based software tools, delivered as a download. No physical items are shipped. The exact contents are described on the sales page at the time of your purchase.

3. Prices, payment and launch offers

• Prices are shown on the sales page in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Changes don't affect orders already paid.
• Launch or limited-time prices apply only until the end date shown on the page.
• Payment is processed securely by our checkout provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Any taxes or fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility unless shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, you'll receive a download link on screen and/or by email. If you don't receive it within 1 hour, check your spam folder and then contact us. Please download and back up your files promptly; download links may expire.

5. Your licence

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• read and use the playbooks, guides and prompts for your own learning and business;
• edit and use the templates for your own business and with your own clients (for example, sending a proposal or contract built from a template);
• use the software tools to run your own business.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, upload or give away the bundle or any part of it, including on websites, marketplaces, groups or file-sharing services;
• present the content as your own product or use it to create a competing product;
• remove copyright or ownership notices.

Team or company-wide licences are available on request.

6. Ownership

All content in The Founder's MBA, including text, designs, templates and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership.

7. Software tools

• The software runs in your web browser and stores your data on your own device. We do not receive or store the data you enter.
• You are responsible for backing up your data using the export features. Clearing your browser data or changing device can delete it.
• The built-in sign-in screens are a convenience to keep casual users out on a shared device, not a security guarantee.
• The tools are provided "as is". Check important calculations, documents and reports before relying on them.

8. Not professional advice

The Founder's MBA provides general business education and practical templates. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment or other professional advice for your situation. Laws and rules differ by country. For important decisions, consult a qualified professional where you operate.

9. Results

Your results depend on your own effort, market and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any particular income, profit or business outcome.

10. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy (3-day money-back guarantee).

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes and updates

We may improve or update the product and these terms from time to time. The version of the terms shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
