We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your purchase and support you.
Payments are handled by our checkout provider; we never see your full card details.
The software tools store your data on your own device, not on our servers.

2. What we collect

Purchase details: your name, email address, country, order details and payment status, provided through our checkout provider.
Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media, such as support or refund requests.
Website data: basic technical information (such as device, browser and pages visited) and, where you agree, cookies or advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel, used to measure our ads.
Marketing preferences: whether you have agreed to receive emails from us.

3. What we don't collect

Full card or bank details. These are processed by our secure checkout provider under its own privacy policy.
Data you enter into the software tools. They run in your browser and store data on your device only.

4. How we use your data

To process your order, deliver your download and send receipts.
To provide support and handle refunds.
To send product updates and, if you opt in, occasional emails about new resources. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and prevent fraud.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our checkout and payment provider, email service, website host and advertising platforms (for example Meta), and only as needed. We may also disclose data if required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers we use may store data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (usually 6 years) and support messages for up to 2 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Cookies and ads

Our website may use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

9. Your rights

10. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable security measures to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure.

11. Children

The Founder's MBA is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
